İkisini, Avrupa yakasında Kağıthane hazır ofis hayata geçirecek olan şirket, diğer iki proje içinse Asya yakasında Kartal-Maltepe bölgesini seçti. Projelerin lokasyonunun iyi olduğunu ifade Yılmaz, Kağıthane’nin ofis, Kartal-Maltepe’nin ise karma konseptte konumlandırılacağı bilgisini verdi. Projelerin toplam hacmi ise 3 milyar TL’yi bulacak.

İki ortağın engin tecrübe ve deneyimlerinden faydalanılarak, yenilikçi bir yaklaşım ile ortaya çıkan 'ADDON+', belirledikleri iki temel ilke ile dünya çapında faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir. Çalıştıkları alan ve projelere katma değer sağlama ve geniş kitlelere ulaşan bir 'ağ' kurma amacında olan 'ADDON+' , Vakko Store'ların yanı sıra dünyaca ünlü birçok otel ve alışveriş merkezine imza atmıştır. Projenin dış mimarisine verilen önemin yanısıra projenin kapı kolundan, asansör tuşuna kadar birçok detay ve Foldhome üniteleri için dünyaca ünlü tasarımcılar ile çalışıyoruz. Bu pek çok ödüle sahip uluslararası mimar ve tasarımcılar; Coca Cola World, Diesel Denim Gallery,Starbucks Salon tasarımlarını yapan Formavision;Alessi, Bentley, Boffi, Bombay Sapphire, BBB emmebonacina, Cappellini, Kiehl's, Levi's'in tasarımlarını yapan DrorStudio:Guggenheim, Moma, Habitat, Donna Karan, Dom Perignon, IKEA işleriyle bilinen Harry Allen ile TheApartment, LTL Architect ve Alper Böler'dir. Aralık 2008'de, British Council tarafından verilen, jüri üyelerinin Ron Arad gibi uluslararası tasarımcı ve tasarım uzmanlarından oluştuğu, "Uluslararası Genç Girişimci Yarışması"nda 2.'lik ödülünü kazandı. Mayıs 2009'da, "Tasarımda kültür ve ortak hafıza" alanında konuşmacı olmak üzere, New York'taki Parsons the New School of Design'a davet edildi. 2009 yılında tasarladığı "Sema Kahve Masası" ile IF Design Award'ın kazananı oldu.
